Job Summary

To support a growing legal technology company, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Manager will guide customers through onboarding, deliver training programs, and optimize solutions to ensure successful adoption of the product suite.

Key responsibilities
  • Guide customers through successful onboarding and implementation of Eve's solutions
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for effective product utilization
  • Track and report on key implementation metrics and customer success indicators
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or success roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Exceptional presentation skills for both business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capabilities for designing solutions to customer challenges
  • Skilled at working across teams to drive customer success and desired outcomes
