Job Summary
To support a growing legal technology company, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Manager will guide customers through onboarding, deliver training programs, and optimize solutions to ensure successful adoption of the product suite.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through successful onboarding and implementation of Eve's solutions
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for effective product utilization
- Track and report on key implementation metrics and customer success indicators
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or success roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Exceptional presentation skills for both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities for designing solutions to customer challenges
- Skilled at working across teams to drive customer success and desired outcomes
