Job Summary
To ensure successful customer transitions to immigration case management software, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Manager will lead onboarding experiences, customize customer interactions, and maintain organized task management to enhance customer satisfaction and utilization of DocketWise.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and lead customer onboarding experiences, assessing needs and customizing approaches for maximum engagement
- Complete assigned tasks in an organized manner to meet project deadlines and ensure customer success during the initial 90 days post-live
- Utilize tools like Zoom and Salesforce to provide efficient customer service and manage interactions effectively
Required qualifications
- BA/BS/BE degree required
- Exceptional customer relationship building skills
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows
- Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving
- Ability to influence decision-making and change
