Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Customer Onboarding Operations Lead will manage the setup and maintenance of customer accounts, utilize data analytics for performance monitoring, and develop a quality assurance program while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to monitor service queues and ensure operational efficiency
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance team effectiveness
  • Implement and oversee a quality assurance program to maintain high service standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
  • Experience with implementing and monitoring KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with customer onboarding workflows and regulatory compliance processes
  • Certifications in dashboard development, SQL, or data governance practices preferred
