Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Customer Onboarding Operations Lead will manage the setup and maintenance of customer accounts, utilize data analytics for performance monitoring, and develop a quality assurance program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to monitor service queues and ensure operational efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance team effectiveness
- Implement and oversee a quality assurance program to maintain high service standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
- Experience with implementing and monitoring KPIs
- Hands-on experience with customer onboarding workflows and regulatory compliance processes
- Certifications in dashboard development, SQL, or data governance practices preferred
