Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Operations Specialist (Temp)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist brand new program accounts in adopting the product before opening their center
  • Resolve technical challenges and serve as the expert on the technology platform
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and suggest process improvements

Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • 2+ years of customer onboarding, customer success, sales, or account management experience
  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or comparable professional experience
  • Proven track record in onboarding new customers is a plus
  • Comfort with high-volume funnel prioritization and self-management of tasks
  • Bilingual communication ability (specifically Spanish) is a plus
