Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers on project plans for successful adoption of Resident Benefits Package
Guide customers through onboarding process, troubleshoot concerns, and course correct as needed
Work with Sales and Client Success teams to ensure consistent delivery of Triple Win Experiences

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the SFR industry
History of success in consultative selling
Experience with property management tech stack and relevant platforms
Strong business acumen
Positive, problem-solving attitude
