Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers on project plans for successful adoption of Resident Benefits Package
  • Guide customers through onboarding process, troubleshoot concerns, and course correct as needed
  • Work with Sales and Client Success teams to ensure consistent delivery of Triple Win Experiences

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in the SFR industry
  • History of success in consultative selling
  • Experience with property management tech stack and relevant platforms
  • Strong business acumen
  • Positive, problem-solving attitude
