Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Customer Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the onboarding of new customers for service delivery
  • Manage all activities associated with the onboarding process, including archive activities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding project lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years in a customer-facing role with project management experience preferred
  • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proven skill in project scheduling
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
  • Strong experience with Oracle and/or SAP software is a plus
