Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Customer Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding of new customers for service delivery
- Manage all activities associated with the onboarding process, including archive activities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding project lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years in a customer-facing role with project management experience preferred
- Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proven skill in project scheduling
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
- Strong experience with Oracle and/or SAP software is a plus
