Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Onboarding Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Onboarding & Data Migration teams to ensure successful customer transitions
  • Establish team goals and KPIs, and monitor performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to manage escalations and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience onboarding MyCase customers
  • BA/BS/BE degree required
  • Demonstrable leadership skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • SaaS experience and/or legal experience desired
