Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and confirm student payments and update internal records
  • Contact students post-payment to provide onboarding task lists and address inquiries
  • Maintain organized records of communications and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Advanced level of English (C1) and Spanish (C1)
  • Customer-oriented and enjoys helping people
  • Able to manage a large number of clients
  • Excellent communication skills
