- Contact students post-payment to provide onboarding task lists and address inquiries
- Maintain organized records of communications and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles
- Advanced level of English (C1) and Spanish (C1)
- Customer-oriented and enjoys helping people
- Able to manage a large number of clients
- Excellent communication skills
