Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist (Remote) to engage with clients and facilitate their use of digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 1:1 and small group training sessions for clients on marketing tool setup and configuration
- Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure client success and product adoption
- Manage client communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service or support experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients
- Experience with customer service tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite
- Access to a private workspace with a reliable internet connection
