Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist (Remote) to engage with clients and facilitate their use of digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 1:1 and small group training sessions for clients on marketing tool setup and configuration
  • Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure client success and product adoption
  • Manage client communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • Prior customer service or support experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients
  • Experience with customer service tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Access to a private workspace with a reliable internet connection
