Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Coach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with newly enrolled Pros to create and execute customized onboarding plans
  • Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with Pros
  • Coach customers on product implementation and help them achieve their business goals
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience is a plus
