Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new providers through an efficient onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process
- Conduct live training sessions and assist with data imports and migrations
- Monitor onboarding milestones and ensure all system configurations are implemented prior to launch
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an onboarding role
- 2+ years of experience with SaaS platforms
- Experience with data imports and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented with a willingness to support others
