Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, success, or enablement within an SMB, B2B, or SaaS environment

- Proven ability to manage customer needs and make outcome-driven recommendations
- High ownership mentality with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Experience in construction technology or roofing-related industries is a plus
