Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure customer adoption of their fleet management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to assess goals and ensure proper account setup and implementation support
- Track tasks against a schedule and coordinate with internal staff to meet onboarding milestones
- Measure and track customer onboarding outcomes and share customer feedback with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment
- Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, and internal communication tools
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large datasets
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Passion for organization and improving organizational systems
