Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support new customers in using their product effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and guide them through onboarding engagements
- Lead live product walkthroughs and adapt content to customer needs
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless customer transitions
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 2 Year / Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with software or technology products is preferred
- Exposure to CRM tools is a plus
- Introductory Customer Success or Support Certifications are preferred
