Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support new customers in using their product effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome new customers and guide them through onboarding engagements
  • Lead live product walkthroughs and adapt content to customer needs
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless customer transitions
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • 2 Year / Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with software or technology products is preferred
  • Exposure to CRM tools is a plus
  • Introductory Customer Success or Support Certifications are preferred
