Job Summary

To support the successful implementation of GCPay, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Specialist will analyze customer workflows, configure the platform, deliver training, and guide stakeholders through the onboarding process to enhance invoicing and compliance practices.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding engagements for GCPay customers, including implementation planning, configuration, and training
  • Analyze customer workflows related to invoicing and compliance, recommending best practices for GCPay usage
  • Deliver role-based training for various stakeholders and support customers in transitioning to standardized digital workflows
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction or AEC industry, with knowledge of accounting or project management processes
  • Experience with subcontractor pay applications, lien waivers, and compliance tracking
  • General understanding of SaaS platforms and software implementation processes
  • Strong communication and training skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly
  • Experience with construction financial or project management systems (e.g., ERP systems like Sage, CMiC, Viewpoint)
