Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Customer Onboarding Specialist will deliver training, manage customer accounts for 30 days, and maximize platform usage remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class training to customers and prepare for efficient implementation
- Leverage software tools to conduct meaningful onboarding experiences and build excitement
- Provide customers with best practices and feedback to enhance their revenue and usage of the platform
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Developed passion for the customer experience
- Comfortable working with various software platforms
- Adaptable with a proven ability to troubleshoot on the fly
- Bonus for experience with sales, customer success, or account management
