Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Customer Onboarding Specialist will deliver training, manage customer accounts for 30 days, and maximize platform usage remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class training to customers and prepare for efficient implementation
  • Leverage software tools to conduct meaningful onboarding experiences and build excitement
  • Provide customers with best practices and feedback to enhance their revenue and usage of the platform
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Developed passion for the customer experience
  • Comfortable working with various software platforms
  • Adaptable with a proven ability to troubleshoot on the fly
  • Bonus for experience with sales, customer success, or account management
