Job Summary

Guiding new prospective fleets through the onboarding journey, the full-time Customer Onboarding Specialist will ensure a smooth transition from application to active usage of the fuel card, while fostering customer trust and loyalty in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead customers through the card journey, ensuring timely and smooth processes from application to first swipe completion
  • Educate customers on using the fuel card and associated platforms, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Monitor and track prospects' progress using CRM tools, documenting interactions and resolving onboarding barriers
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as onboarding, customer success, sales, or support
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally with startup experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
