Job Summary

Guiding new prospective fleets through the onboarding process, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Specialist will ensure a seamless transition to active usage of the fuel card, focusing on customer education, trust-building, and driving activation and retention rates.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead customers through the onboarding journey, from application to first swipe completion
  • Educate customers on using the fuel card and platforms effectively, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Monitor and document customer progress using CRM tools, while identifying and resolving onboarding barriers
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as onboarding, customer success, sales, or support
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
