Job Summary

To support the Customer Success team, the full-time Customer Onboarding Specialist II will manage the onboarding process for medium and large professional Groups, ensuring seamless transitions and optimized business operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead implementation projects to facilitate the onboarding journey for medium and large Groups
  • Coordinate data transfers with customers and internal teams to ensure secure and accurate migration of clinical data
  • Conduct consultations to optimize workflows and deliver tailored training sessions for larger organizations
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS onboarding, customer implementation, or professional services
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating technical transitions for organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product architecture and the insurance billing lifecycle
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Experience in Healthcare Tech or with HIPAA-compliant software is preferred
