Job Summary

To support a growing onboarding team, the full-time Customer Onboarding Specialist will lead customer training sessions, create video walkthroughs, and guide clients through the implementation of a workplace management platform while working remotely during specified hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading engaging customer training sessions and product walkthroughs
  • Creating clear, customer-friendly video walkthroughs to explain setup steps and product workflows
  • Guiding customers through implementation milestones and addressing their questions with clarity and urgency
Required qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Experience working directly with customers or clients
  • Genuine curiosity about technology and SaaS products
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
