Job Summary
To support a growing onboarding team, the full-time Customer Onboarding Specialist will lead customer training sessions, create video walkthroughs, and guide clients through the implementation of a workplace management platform while working remotely during specified hours.
Key responsibilities
- Leading engaging customer training sessions and product walkthroughs
- Creating clear, customer-friendly video walkthroughs to explain setup steps and product workflows
- Guiding customers through implementation milestones and addressing their questions with clarity and urgency
Required qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English
- Experience working directly with customers or clients
- Genuine curiosity about technology and SaaS products
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
