Job Summary

Guiding new customers through a smooth onboarding process, the full-time Customer Onboarding Specialist will manage client relationships, configure the platform, and train users remotely while ensuring they derive maximum value from the software.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the onboarding relationship for each customer, understanding their workflows and goals while keeping implementation on schedule
  • Configure the platform and set up integrations to ensure users and organizations are fully operational
  • Train customers on effective usage of the platform, covering features, workflows, and best practices
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, solutions consulting, or technical account management
  • Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new software and comfortable with API concepts and integration workflows
  • Clear communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficient with AI productivity tools
  • Experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM
