Job Summary
Guiding new customers through a smooth onboarding process, the full-time Customer Onboarding Specialist will manage client relationships, configure the platform, and train users remotely while ensuring they derive maximum value from the software.
Key responsibilities
- Own the onboarding relationship for each customer, understanding their workflows and goals while keeping implementation on schedule
- Configure the platform and set up integrations to ensure users and organizations are fully operational
- Train customers on effective usage of the platform, covering features, workflows, and best practices
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, solutions consulting, or technical account management
- Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new software and comfortable with API concepts and integration workflows
- Clear communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficient with AI productivity tools
- Experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM
