Job Summary
Welcoming clients post-sale, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Specialist will optimize client retention and service adoption by teaching clients how to effectively use Subsplash tools and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Curate tailored onboarding experiences for paid implementation clients, including consulting and graphic design
- Provide creative direction and solutions through various communication methods, including tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing
- Review client apps for quality assurance and troubleshoot complex issues to enhance the client experience
Required qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience using systems such as Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, and Google Apps
- Technical proficiency in building Subsplash apps and translating websites into SnapPages
- Strong writing skills and comfort with phone communication
- Basic coding knowledge is a plus
