Customer Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding of new projects, import customer and project data into relevant modules, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage new project onboarding using the Smartsheet program
- Import customer, project, contract, and budget data into AssetPlanner's various modules
- Create and import inspection templates into AssetPlanner's maintenance dispatcher module
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer interfacing roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation
- Experience in solar construction and/or operations and maintenance is a plus
