Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales and account managers to provide a flawless onboarding experience
  • Become an Aryeo product guide to provide customers with creative solutions and strategies to achieve their unique business goals
  • Serve as a point of contact during the onboarding process by performing troubleshooting of our product alongside embedded partner applications with both technical and soft skills
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing technical role, within SAAS technology
  • Ability to handle 10+ high-touch accounts at any given time
  • Bonus: Real Estate Industry experience
  • Bachelors Degree Required
