Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding and Support Expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through onboarding and training, including personalized setup sessions and tailored success plans
- Represent the voice of the customer in discussions to improve the client experience
- Monitor customer usage, provide targeted outreach, and create training materials aligned with customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Support in a SaaS environment
- Experience using Time To Pet (strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects
- Experience creating help documentation or training materials
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
