Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding and Support Expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and training, including personalized setup sessions and tailored success plans
  • Represent the voice of the customer in discussions to improve the client experience
  • Monitor customer usage, provide targeted outreach, and create training materials aligned with customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Support in a SaaS environment
  • Experience using Time To Pet (strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects
  • Experience creating help documentation or training materials
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
