Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop and execute onboarding strategies at scale
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success analytics platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on customer empathy and accountability
  • Experience in service-based or small business B2B SaaS environments is a plus
