Required Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership within customer onboarding or customer success in B2B SaaS environments
- Proven ability to develop and execute onboarding strategies at scale
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success analytics platforms
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on customer empathy and accountability
- Experience in service-based or small business B2B SaaS environments is a plus
