Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Administrator to support service delivery and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or operations in a data center or technology-driven environment
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with lease administration and compliance documentation is preferred
