Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues

- Manage customer communications, including newsletter content planning and distribution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or operations in a data center or technology-driven environment
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with lease administration and compliance documentation is preferred
