Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Advocate, Rep II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and Contact Us portal
  • Review, identify, and implement improvements on customer behavioral metrics

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare
  • Intermediate experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining spreadsheets in Excel
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with customer retention
