Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to support the order-to-cash cycle and manage order flows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end order processing workflow for food service and retail customers
  • Assist in load planning and order optimization for key retail partnerships
  • Manage interactions with retail brokers and resolve fulfillment issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer logistics, order management, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong spreadsheet skills
  • Foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle and logistics terminology
  • Ability to work independently within a virtual team
