Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to support the order-to-cash cycle and manage order flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end order processing workflow for food service and retail customers
- Assist in load planning and order optimization for key retail partnerships
- Manage interactions with retail brokers and resolve fulfillment issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer logistics, order management, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong spreadsheet skills
- Foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle and logistics terminology
- Ability to work independently within a virtual team
