Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to optimize systems and workflows in supply-side marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer core Customer Operations platforms and ensure system accuracy and connectivity
- Build and maintain dashboards for operational visibility, performance metrics, and customer health trends
- Design scalable workflows and automate processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in Customer Operations or similar systems-heavy environments
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering Intercom in a production environment
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Pendo, or Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or BI tooling experience is a plus
- Ability to translate complex operational data into actionable insights
