Job Summary
As a full-time Customer Operations Associate working remotely from Serbia, the candidate will maintain accurate client, policy, and billing records, manage client requests through a ticketing system, and support day-to-day insurance operations in a fast-growing insurtech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client, policy, and billing records within Coverdash's Admin (AMS) system
- Manage and resolve client-related requests through Coverdash's ticketing system
- Support policy lifecycle activities including applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working across multiple systems, tools, and online platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
