Job Summary
Maximizing customer results on the platform, the full-time remote Customer Operations Associate will manage candidate pipelines, monitor product adoption, and support customer success initiatives while collaborating closely with recruitment teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage candidate pipelines to ensure effective candidate delivery for accounts
- Monitor customer product adoption and utilize data to drive decisions and solve customer problems
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide strong ROI and support ad hoc customer requests
Required qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or customer-facing role
- Strong work ethic with a self-starter mentality and attention to detail
- Proficiency in data management using Excel or Google Sheets; SQL exposure is a plus
- Experience managing projects from ideation to conclusion is a plus
- Genuine curiosity about the platform and a motivation to assist candidates in finding opportunities
