Customer Operations Launch Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operation Launch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multiple solution or service introductions with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value
• Create and manage launch goals and strategies, ensuring effective execution and adjustment based on results
• Lead the customer operations team in identifying performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in launch processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business, Management, or 5+ years equivalent experience in project management or EHR systems
• Experience in program management, project management, product management, or business operations in a SaaS company
• Experience working closely with Professional Services or Customer Support
• Ability to manage complex projects within budget and deadlines
• Experience in healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy) is preferred
