Job Summary
Leading multiple market-ready healthcare solutions and services launch projects remotely, the full-time Customer Operations Launch Manager will act as the customer operations liaison, mobilizing cross-functional efforts to define strategies, develop tools, and execute programs that drive successful launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute multiple solution or service introductions in partnership with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and business outcomes
- Create and manage a comprehensive launch plan, ensuring alignment with launch goals and effective execution of scalable strategies
- Lead the customer operations team in identifying operational performance metrics and monitoring launch results against defined goals
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in program management, project management, product management, consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or strategic planning in a SaaS company
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business, Management, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in project management or EHR systems
- Experience collaborating closely with Professional Services or Customer Support teams
- Strong ability to perform planning for complex projects while managing tasks within budget and deadlines
- Proven experience in driving decisions and managing conflict effectively
