Job Summary
A company is looking for a OneSource Customer Operations Leader NAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintain proficiency in support center processes
- Drive improvement initiatives and ensure implementation of best practices and automation projects
- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure compliance with internal and external KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in a team-based customer service environment
- Experience in Life Science and Environmental Health is an asset
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP/ECC/ServiceMax is essential
- Project management experience and knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies are desirable
