Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain customer-facing educational content and collaborate on product alignment
- Oversee customer support operations and streamline processes for live deposition events
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Previous experience in people management with a focus on customer-facing teams
- Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, Excel, Slack, or Notion
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment
- Professionalism and confidence in managing escalated conversations
