Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in people management with a focus on customer-facing teams
  • Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, Excel, Slack, or Notion
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment
  • Professionalism and confidence in managing escalated conversations
