Job Summary
Owning post-sales operations, the full-time Customer Operations Manager will manage customer lifecycle processes across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion, while leveraging AI to drive retention and growth in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and adjust customer-centric processes to enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and gaps, and implement strategies for retention and expansion
- Lead a team while collaborating with Customer Success and Revenue leadership to drive measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- 5+ years in Customer Operations or Revenue Operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI or automation in customer-facing contexts
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce and Outreach, along with prior experience in complex software environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
