Customer Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support Walmart's supply chain operations, the full-time remote Customer Operations Manager will manage day-to-day execution, optimize inventory performance, and drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational execution for Walmart, serving as the primary contact for replenishment and operations teams
• Monitor key performance metrics and analyze supply chain data to improve inventory availability and customer service
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve supply chain challenges and ensure alignment across internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in customer operations, supply chain, or logistics within a CPG or consumer products environment
• Strong understanding of retail replenishment, inventory management, and supply chain execution
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable business recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems preferred
