Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers and contacts to fully utilize services through teaching of tools, processes, and product features
  • Communicate clearly and directly to customers regarding planned projects and respond quickly to miscellaneous questions
  • Act as project lead for customer direct mail campaigns, including translating customer directives, ensuring edits are made, and partnering with internal teams for production
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft and/or Google suite
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of SQL and Mac operating systems
  • Strong interpersonal relationships and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain priorities, and solve problems
