Job Summary

As an entry-level full-time Associate Customer Operations Representative, the candidate will be responsible for processing financial and non-financial activities related to annuity products, maintaining accuracy to enhance customer experience, and collaborating with team members to address customer inquiries and improve operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities
  • Directly contact customers and agents to resolve open issues
  • Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems, including checks and wires
  • Maintain team and special partner SLAs while collaborating across the organization
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree is a plus
  • 1-4 years of cumulative, relevant experience
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in processing transactions
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Proficiency in administrative systems for processing financial transactions
