Job Summary

Working remotely from the East Coast, the full-time Customer Operations Representative will manage customer inquiries, order entry, and product availability while ensuring exceptional service and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle order entry, pricing inquiries, and product availability while maintaining effective customer relationships
  • Execute best practices in order management and ensure the accuracy of the order life cycle
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and identify process improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of comparable customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Advanced knowledge of order management processes and customer service SOPs
  • Experience with Salesforce for account management and service requests
