Job Summary

Supporting clients in the central and west coast regions, the part-time Customer Operations Representative will manage order entry, pricing inquiries, and product availability while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining effective relationships remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and oversee all aspects of the customer support process
  • Execute order management practices in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure accurate order life cycle completion
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing to resolve issues and improve processes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of comparable Customer Service experience
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Advanced understanding of web order entry processes and customer service SOP
  • Experience with Salesforce for account management and service requests
