Job Summary
As a full-time Customer Operations Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for Deferred Annuity products, collaborating with external customers and agents, and developing expertise in tax-sensitive financial transactions, all while working in a hybrid telecommuting environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems, including checks and wires
- Collaborate with external customers and agents through telephone and written correspondence
- Develop specialized expertise in tax-sensitive financial transactions affecting clients
Required qualifications
- Experience in call center or operations roles
- Understanding of processes and procedures for Deferred Annuity products
- Strong customer service orientation with interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with outstanding follow-up capabilities
- Self-motivated with a willingness to research and learn quickly
