Job Summary

Processing financial activities for active annuity products, the full-time Associate Customer Operations Representative will manage account maintenance requests, handle customer inquiries, and support various administrative tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems
• Handle account maintenance requests such as billing updates and address changes
• Directly contact customers and agents to resolve open issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Effective computer and software skills
• Ability to follow procedures and processes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills
