Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist, Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer product inquiries and resolve concerns related to installation, operation, and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot software application issues and document recurring technical problems to support product quality
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, product overviews, trainings, and renewal project meetings independently
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, account management, or technical customer support roles
  • Knowledge of the health insurance and benefits administration industries
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, HTML, and basic SQL
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal oversight
  • High school diploma or GED required; B.S. or B.A. degree preferred
