Required Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, account management, or technical customer support roles
  • Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or Healthcare is a plus
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, HTML, and basic SQL or report creation experience desired
