Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Executive for a 2-3 month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ISA and LISA transfers during a busy tax year period
- Keep customers informed and follow up with providers to ensure timely transfers
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a regulated environment
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced operations or customer service environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a regulated financial environment
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo criminal record and adverse credit history checks
