Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Representative to support various departments and enhance customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and order change requests accurately and timely
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal departments
  • Analyze unshipped orders and resolve shipment issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, CPG, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP order processing systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Focused on achieving team and organizational goals
