Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Representative to support various departments and enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders and order change requests accurately and timely
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal departments
- Analyze unshipped orders and resolve shipment issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, CPG, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP order processing systems, preferably NetSuite
- Focused on achieving team and organizational goals
