Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer support through various channels, ensuring clear communication and actionable summaries
- Collaborate with teams to identify trends in customer feedback and improve operational processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Card Payment Dispute investigations or similar customer support roles
- Knowledge of banking regulations within the US
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple systems and inquiries
- Willingness to work rotational shifts between 9 am - 6 pm EST or PST, Monday to Friday
