Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes with a focus on empathy and professionalism
  • Provide customer support through various channels, ensuring clear communication and actionable summaries
  • Collaborate with teams to identify trends in customer feedback and improve operational processes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Card Payment Dispute investigations or similar customer support roles
  • Knowledge of banking regulations within the US
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple systems and inquiries
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts between 9 am - 6 pm EST or PST, Monday to Friday
