Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communications throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and payment operations
  • Handle KYB and KYC document collection, application tracking, and provide guidance on account setup
  • Monitor operational metrics, maintain ticket hygiene, and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer operations or payment operations within a fintech or financial services environment
  • Direct experience with KYB and KYC processes
  • Ability to work across customer support, operations, and compliance functions
  • Familiarity with stablecoin payments or cross-border money movement is a plus
  • Portuguese language ability is preferred
