Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and payment operations
- Handle KYB and KYC document collection, application tracking, and provide guidance on account setup
- Monitor operational metrics, maintain ticket hygiene, and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer operations or payment operations within a fintech or financial services environment
- Direct experience with KYB and KYC processes
- Ability to work across customer support, operations, and compliance functions
- Familiarity with stablecoin payments or cross-border money movement is a plus
- Portuguese language ability is preferred
